All staff working for JM care (supported living) undergo extensive and regular training to ensure they are the best that they can be at their job, and are providing the best possible support. All staff must complete all training available during their induction.

At J.M. Carehomes Supported Living, our staff are the bedrock of our business, they all have one thing in common. J.M. Care employees are dedicated individuals, committed to improving the lives of the people they care for.

In exchange for their exceptional hard work we provide all our care/support staff with learning and development opportunities to enable them to progress both personally and professionally in their chosen specialist area.
